Clay Play with Cynthia Spencer – Stacks – $150

Contact me to get on list for 2014 workshops.

Learn basic sculpture techniques and make three (3) small ceramic pieces that can be stacked over a pole. Clay, glaze, firing, tools, instruction, snacks, all included.
Day One:  10 am-4 pm, cutting out and putting together the shapes. Monitor drying using the sun. While drying, create “topper” and figure out glaze colors for the next day. Finally, some finish shaping using rasps and ribs.
Day Two: 10 am-12 noon, glazing the three pieces using commercial underglazes
Pick-up of Fired Pieces TBA.
At my studio, 1105 NW 30th Street, Corvallis 97330
